HANK WOOD AND THE HAMMERHEADS - S/T 7"

HANK WOOD AND THE HAMMERHEADS - S/T 7" (Toxic State)
This is not the typical kind of music, you might expect from a Toxic State Release. So if you're looking for some wild hardcorepunk, you might be disappointed, since New York's Hank Wood And The Hammerheads are more into classic punkrock. You get three tracks with a raw recording sounding like it came directly from the 70s. This matches perfect to Hank Woods And The Hammerhead's mix of Detroit style High Energy Rock and the power of late 70s US Punk. Comes with an amazing silkscreeen, D.I.Y. style fold cover, like all Toxic State releases. (Listen to it here)

LEATHER - DEMO 7"

LEATHER - S/T 7" (Skeleton Head)
Another demo 7", this time by Leather, who should be well known from their previous three killer 7"s. This 7" features their very first recordings and they are defintely some of their best. Leather's music is based on noisy Black Flag "Damaged" era hardcore, dissonant early 90s Touch&Go Style Noiserock and a good dose of weirdness. Bands like Drunkdriver or Pygmy Shrews come to mind, if you need any comparisons. By the way: Leather will release a full LP soon!(Listen to it here)
